¿Cómo funcionan los créditos de los mensajes?
Cada solicitud consume un número determinado de créditos de mensajes. Si el agente tiene acciones habilitadas, puede necesitar varias solicitudes para completar una interacción.
Por ejemplo, con una acción de calendario:
- En la primera solicitud, el agente consulta las franjas horarias disponibles.
- En la segunda, genera la respuesta para el usuario.
En total, esa interacción implica 2 solicitudes.
¿Dónde se guarda la información?
El programa que usamos para la prestación del servicio resguarda la información en los servidores de AWS, para mayor detella puede revisar su página de privacidad.
Con relación a nosotros, la información recolectada es eliminada un vez entrenado el Agente IA.
